Shipping policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Thank you for shopping with Dance It Back. This policy explains how we ship your Artifacts journal, what it costs, and what to expect after you order.
Made to Order
Every Artifacts journal is printed just for you, the moment you order. Once your order is placed, it goes to our print partner, where your journal is printed, bound and shipped straight to your door. Good things take a little time, and this one is worth the wait.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times include printing.
Free Standard Shipping: $0, 12 to 14 business days
Faster Shipping: $8, 10 to 12 business days
Express Shipping: $30, 6 to 8 business days
Standard shipping is included in the price of every journal. Faster and Express shipping can be chosen at checkout for an additional charge. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your journal ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and link. Tracking can take a day or two to update after you receive it, so don't panic if it looks quiet at first.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Because printing starts quickly, email us right away at hi@danceitback.com if you need to make a correction. Once your journal has gone to print, we may not be able to change the address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible. Since every journal is made to order, we can't cancel or change an order once it has gone to print. For more details, see our Return and Refund Policy.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days past your delivery window, or your journal arrives damaged, email hi@danceitback.com with your order number. For damage, please include a photo. We'll make it right.
